May Cosmo rest in peace *sniff sniff*

Cosmo 3/24/2000 - 1/21/2008

Here is a slide show in memory of Cosmo or Bobo as Peyton liked to call him since he couldn't say Cosmo at one time. :-) He was one crazy dog. We sadly had to put him down on Monday. My guess is he had cancer in his bladder, but I'm not sure. He couldn't go to the bathroom anymore. His bladder wasn't working. The vet took x-rays to see if there were stones or something blocking him from going, but he didn't see anything. He gave him some medicine that would help relax and contract his bladder so he could go, but it didn't work. He couldn't fully empty his bladder. He may have gotten hurt as well that caused the damage to the bladder. We don't know. We know he got in a fight with another dog over a female dog...but he was fine after that except a few scratches. He was in the vet for a week. It was a hard decision to make and we are very upset at having to have made that decision - mainly because Cosmo was acting fine and was his old bouncy self and he was our first baby. So I'm putting a bunch of pictures of Cosmo on here to remember him as his crazy, loving and adorable self.
